2023 School Start Up Information:
First Day of School: Tuesday, Sept. 5th, 9:00am-12:00pm.
**Warning bell rings at 8:55am
Returning Students: You will be returning to your classroom from last year. Please line up to meet last year’s teacher in the same area you did last year.
Last year’s Kindergarten students: Day 1- Please line up at the same spot you did last year. *After Day 1, these students will enter/exit by a door designated by the teachers. You will be told where this is on Day 1.
New Students (other than new Kindergarten students): Please line up at the gym entrance doors and a staff member will welcome you and gather same- grade students together. All new students will be joining an age-appropriate class until we move into the set classes for the year. All new students will be dismissed from the GYM at 12pm on Day 1 only. Beginning Day 2, drop off and pickup will be at their temporary class door until we move into set classes.
New Kindergarten Students: Please follow the Gradual Entry schedule sent to you via email.
Week 1 Plans:
Monday, Sept 4 – Labour Day, NO SCHOOL
Tuesday, Sept 5 – First Day of School 9:00am-12pm ONLY
- Returning students will be picked up at LAST YEAR’s class door
- New students will be picked up at the GYM
- Pickup at 12:00PM
Wednesday, Sept 6 School 9am-3pm (Students picked up from temporary class doors)
Thursday, Sept 7 School 9am-3pm
Friday, Sept 8 School 9am-3pm
